The Competition was organised by OFCA and co-organised by the Hong Kong Productivity Council under the theme "5G x AI – Smart Living and Learning Anytime Anywhere". After attending the training workshops and presentation skills training, the finalists submitted their project reports in early November, and participated in the final round assessment to present their entries to the judging panel. The judging panel then decided the final ranking based on the scoring criteria of the Competition.
