The Hong Kong - Shenzhen Western Corridor is a vehicular boundary crossing between Hong Kong and the Mainland. It links up Ngau Hom Shek in the Northwestern New Territories and Shekou of Shenzhen.

    • The Corridor ("the Bridge") is covered by the networks of both Hong Kong and Mainland mobile phone service providers. If you wish to use Hong Kong mobile phone service, please check whether your phone is connected to your Hong Kong service provider's network. If not, please select the network manually.

    • The Passenger Terminal Building is situated in Shekou. Mobile phone service provided by Hong Kong operators is available in the indoor areas of the Hong Kong Portion of the building. If you wish to use Hong Kong mobile phone service while you are inside this part of the building, please check whether your phone is connected to your Hong Kong service provider’s network. If not, please select the network manually.
    • In the outdoor areas of the Shenzhen Bay Port, only the mobile service provided by Mainland service providers is available. If you wish to use Mainland mobile phone service, you have to make pre-arrangement for roaming service with your service provider in Hong Kong. Alternatively, you may use a Mainland SIM card which allows you to connect to a Mainland network directly.
    • If your mobile phone is connected to any Hong Kong mobile network (which is not necessarily your Hong Kong service provider’s network) and when you need to call for the Hong Kong emergency service, please dial 112. If your mobile phone is connected to a Mainland network, please dial 00852-3154-6510 to contact the Shenzhen Bay Port Hong Kong Police Reporting Centre for emergency service.
    • Public payphones connected to Hong Kong networks are available outside the Passenger Terminal Building. In case you need to call for the Hong Kong emergency service, please dial 999.
