Hong Kong is entering the 5G era. The download speeds of 5G are 10 to 20 times faster than 4G. 5G allows communications of up to one million smart devices per square kilometre, and supports ultra reliable and low latency communications. The Communications Authority has assigned radio spectrum for mobile network operators to develop 5G services. |
