To further enhance public awareness of using communications services smartly, the Communications Authority has launched the “Smart Use of Communications Services” Consumer Education Campaign which will run from August 2022 to March 2023.
A series of roving exhibitions themed “Smart Use of Communications Services”, consisting of the display of informative panels, broadcast of consumer education short videos, game booths and distribution of various publicity materials and souvenirs, will be organised by the Communications Authority to provide the public with useful tips on how to choose and use communications services smartly.

As part of the Consumer Education Campaign 2022/23, the Communications Authority has commissioned Spring-Time Experimental Theatre to stage a roving drama named “5G Live Broadcast KOL” at local primary schools to promote smart use of communications services, including smart selection of 5G services and handsets, smart choice of Wi-Fi Devices, stay vigilant to suspected phone scams, and protection of mobile phone’s data, etc.
