- The Legislative Council has passed the Telecommunications (Amendment) Ordinance 2024 in February 2024 to ensure availability of reserved space in and access to specified buildings approved to be built or redeveloped on or after 1 April 2025 for mobile network operators to install and maintain mobile communications facilities.
