FIXED TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK SERVICES LICENCE
TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)

In accordance with General Condition 20 of its Fixed Telecommunication Network Service (FTNS) Licence, Hutchison Global Crossing Limited ("HGC") hereby publishes new and revised tariffs under which it will provide the following telecommunication services as follows:

Part B

DataEight (Data Services)

 

Service Name

ESCON Link

Service Description

ESCON is a point-to-point broadband communication service at a bandwidth of 200 Mbps. A Fibre Network Terminating Unit will be installed in both subscriber ends.

Remarks:

i. The tariff above is charged per end of interface and all figures shown are in Hong Kong dollar.
ii. The provisioning lead time is 6 months from the date of order confirmation between customer and HGC.
iii. Service availability is subject to HGC's network resources current from time to time.
iv. Minimum subscription period is 12 months.
v. Any additional distance exceeds 20Km (between the 2 customers' locations) is charged in steps of 10Km.

 

Service Name

Fast Ethernet Link

Service Description

Fast Ethernet is a point-to-point broadband communication service at a bandwidth of 100 Mpbs. A Fibre Network Terminating Unit will be installed in both subscriber ends in compliance with IEEE 802.3u.

Service Description

Gigabit Ethernet is a point-to-point broadband communication service at a bandwidth of 1000 Mbps. A Fibre Network Terminating Unit will be installed in both subscriber ends in compliance with IEEE 802.3z.

Notes for Part B:
1 External Removal Charge means removal charge outside the building
2 Internal Removal Charge means removal charge within the same building
* Charges for installation, connection and removal are for normal HGC business working hours

Special Conditions applicable to Part B

The definition of "Equipment" is substituted as follows :

means the Network Terminating Unit, Digital Service Unit and Fibre Network Terminating Unit provided by HGC when the customer subscribes to HGC's Data Service; the Network Terminating Unit provided by HGC when the customer subscribes to HGC's PacketLink and AsynLink service, the Fibre Network Terminating Unit provided by HGC when the customer subscribes to HGC's Fibre service and any other equipment installed or placed by HGC at the customer's premises in order to provide the Services.

Sub-clause 2.1 is substituted as follows :

2.1 Unless otherwise specified, the Minimum Subscription Period for each of the Services in Part B is 3 months.

Unless otherwise specified, all services are subject to HGC's General and Special Terms and Conditions current from time to time. All other HGC tariffed services and HGC General and Special Terms and Conditions remain the same.
