FIXED TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK SERVICES LICENCE
TELECOMMUNICATION ORDINANCE (Chapter 106)

In accordance with General Condition 20 of the Fixed Telecommunication Network Services (FTNS) Licence, Cable & Wireless HKT Telephone Limited, Cable & Wireless HKT International Limited and Cable & Wireless HKT CAS Limited (collectively 'the Company') hereby publishes the tariffs, the terms and conditions under which it will provide the following telecommunication service with effect from 8 November 1999.

Datapak ATM Service - Router Management Service Option

Particulars of Service

The Router Management Service, which is a service option of Datapak ATM, provides the network management function for customer-owned or rented routers.

Connection charge - Router Management for 1 router HK$900

Rental charge - Router Management for 1 router HK$450

Reconfiguration charge - Reconfiguration for router common configuration HK$300

Under normal circumstances, the delivery time is 10 working days.

Conditions of Service

General Conditions of Service and Datapak Special Conditions of the Company apply.

Each managed router using the service must be connected to a Datapak ATM circuit.

In accordance with General Condition 20 of the Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Licence, Cable & Wireless HKT Telephone Limited, Cable & Wireless HKT International Limited and Cable & Wireless HKT CAS Limited (the Company) hereby publishes the Tariff Schedule comprising the tariffs, the terms and conditions under which it will provide the following telecommunication services with effect from 12 November 1999.

Telephone Call Charges

2. International telephone call

(a) It allows a person to make a telephone call from Hong Kong to overseas by dialling directly.

(b) It allows a person to make a telephone call assisted by an operator from Hong Kong to overseas and vice versa. Refer to IV.B for Operator-assisted call rates table Appendix I.A Not Applicable

8. (a) Making IDD, Auto Hong Kong Direct or other chargeable calls in Hong Kong or overseas, using Global Calling Cards issued / authorized by the company. Appendix I.A, I.D, I.N and Special Conditions of 0060 Service and 0062 Fax Service Not Applicable
