New T&T Hong Kong Limited ('New T&T') hereby publishes the following Tariff for new service and revision to General Terms and Conditions of Service and existing Tariff pursuant to its Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Licence with effect from 24th December 1997.

A. Centrex service

Change Number Announcement Service

Change Number Announcement (CNA) service is available to Customers who change to New T&T as their telecommunication provider and adopt a New T&T directory number. With CNA, callers to the Customer's former directory number will hear an announcement that the dialled number is not available and the caller will be advised of the new number to call.

C. Revision to General Terms and Conditions of Service

Clause 2.1 is amended by inserting:

" 'Hong Kong' has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 1)"

Clause 4.4 is amended by inserting:

"(f)

for purposes not authorised by New T&T."

Clause 6 is amended to read as follows:

"The Customer must allow or obtain the required permission to enable New T&T's employees or agents to enter at all reasonable times into the premises where the Services will be provided to inspect, test, install, maintain, replace and remove the Services or Equipment prior to, during and after the provision of the Services, as well as to inspect any other equipment used in or in connection with the Services. The Customer will provide safe access to the premises and safe conditions for New T&T's employees or agents whilst in the premises."

Clause 11(d) is amended to read as follows:

"(d)

if in the reasonable opinion of New T&T there is, has been or may be unauthorised or fraudulent use of the Service;"

Clause 11 is amended by inserting:

"(j)

if New T&T is obliged to comply with a direction or request of the TA or other competent government authority."

Clause 15.3 is amended to read as follows:

"The Contract and the transactions contemplated by the Contract are governed by the law in force in Hong Kong and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong and courts of appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning the Contract and the transactions contemplated by the Contract."

A new clause 15.8 is inserted which reads as follows:

"No delay, neglect or forbearance on the part of New T&T in enforcing against the Customer any term or condition of the Contract shall either be or be deemed to be a waiver or in any way prejudice any right of New T&T under the Contract."

A new clause 15.9 is inserted which reads as follows:

"These Conditions may be amended from time to time by New T&T. Such amendments shall become effective when published, advertised or notified to the Customer by such means as New T&T thinks fit and shall be binding on the Customer if the Customer continues to use any of the Services after the effective date thereof."

All other charges and conditions in the Tariffs and General Terms and Conditions of Service shall remain unchanged.

The above service is provided subject to New T&T's General Terms and Conditions of Service as published from time to time.

A.

Call Director

Call Director feature is a voice mailbox call routing service which provides Customers with the capability of presenting to incoming callers a recorded greeting and a menu of destinations for call routing. Charges are based on the configuration chosen by the Customer as to number of calls which can processed simultaneously (ports), the choices per level (nodes), and number of mail boxes.

New T&T Hong Kong Limited ("New T&T") hereby publishes the following Tariff for new service pursuant to its Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Licence with effect from 31st December 1997.

IP Connect Network Service

IP Connect Network Service is a public managed Internet Protocol (IP) data network in Hong Kong which provides services for data communications and networking. This Service allows a Customer to provide remote access service by leased circuits* access and dial-up access for users to its host network. Typical applications include Bulletin Board Access, Database Access, Electronic Mail, Electronic File Transfer.

(a)
IP Logical Session Subscription which provides a fixed number of logical sessions to be available to the end-users of the Customer. Customer must subscribe to a minimum of 10 sessions; and

(b)
Network Value Added Service which provides, at the request of Customer:

(i)
Packet throughput report which is a monthly report providing the Customer with a breakdown of host link traffic and utilisation; and/or

(ii)
User session report which is a monthly report providing the Customer with a breakdown of its end-user access patterns.

* The Service only supports 64Kbps NarrowBand Leased Line and Wide Band Leased Line. For charges and conditions of use of leased circuit, please refer to charges for One2One Computer Communications Services-Leased Line Services as published and amended from time to time by New T&T.

The following Special Conditions shall apply:

(a)
First level/direct support for Customer's end-users shall be the responsibility of the Customer.

(b)
Security, administration and registration shall remain the responsibility of the Customer.

(c)
Billing of individual end-users will be the responsibility of the Customer.

(d)
The Customer is responsible for providing valid registered IP addresses for use with the Service.

(e)
The Customer will require a RADIUS security server for its end-user authentication.

(f)
The Customer is responsible for providing all Domain Name Server, proxy servers, mail servers, etc. relevant to servicing its end-users.

(g)
Minimum contract or subscription period for this Service is 3 months.

The above Service is provided subject to New T&T's General Terms and Conditions of Service as published from time to time.
