New T&T Hong Kong Limited ('New T&T') hereby publishes the following revision to General Terms and Conditions of Service and existing Tariff and Tariff for new service pursuant to its Fixed Telecommunication Network Services Licence with effect from 11th September 1998.

A.	The following new service features are now available for Centrex Service:
	Service Charge Change of feature change - where change on customer site is required $200.00 plus $20.00 per feature per line - where change is performed at New T&T's Central Office $50.00 plus $20.00 per feature per line
B.	CallCentre service provides call centre features to New T&T Centrex Service customers. Service comprises CallCentre-ACD (previously called Automatic Call Distribution) which provides automatic call distribution functionality, and CallCentre-MIS (previously called Management Information) which provides management information system functionality. CallCentre-ACD service is revised to the extent as follows:
	Service Charge Installation/change of agent group $500.00 Installation/change of agent position $50.00
C.	The word 'Terminal', where it appears in the tariff for SecureNet Services, shall be amended to 'Encryptor'. SecureNet-LAN and SecureNet-Remote services are now available with the following services and features: Service/Activity Charge SecureNet-LAN Encryptor Rental (per unit/per month) $1,950.00 SecureNet-LAN Encryptor Purchase (per unit) $35,300.00 SecureNet-LAN Service Installation (per unit) $850.00 SecureNet-Remote V.34 Encryptor Rental (per unit/per month) $350.00 SecureNet-Remote V.34 Encryptor Purchase (per unit) $5,550.00 SecureNet-Remote Service Installation (per unit) $450.00 SecureNet-Frame Relay service is now available, which allows Customers to secure their data transmissions as they pass through the frame relay network. The Special Conditions applicable to SecureNet Services shall apply. Service/Activity Charge SecureNet-Frame Relay 128K Encryptor Rental (per unit/per month) $1,300.00 SecureNet-Frame Relay 128K Encryptor Purchase (per unit) $23,200.00 SecureNet-Frame Relay 2M Encryptor Rental (per unit/per month) $1,950.00 SecureNet-Frame Relay 2M Encryptor Purchase (per unit) $35,300.00 SecureNet-Frame Relay Service Installation (per unit) $850.00 The Special Conditions applicable to SecureNet Services are amended by inserting the following: '(e) The Service requires the use of SecureNet Encryptor unit as supplied by New T&T. (f) The minimum subscription for the Service and rental period of SecureNet Encryptor unit is 3 months.'
D.	'One2One Messaging Services' shall now be known as 'MessageMaster' services.
E.	'ISDN-Extra Service' shall now be known as 'DataNet-ISDN Extra' service.
F.	Clause 12.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Service is amended by inserting at the beginning of the clause: 'The minimum contract period for a Service is 3 months unless otherwise specified in the Tariff.'

All other charges and conditions in the General Terms and Conditions of Service and Tariffs shall remain unchanged. All of the above Services are provided subject to New T&T's General Terms and Conditions of Service as published from time to time.
